Ultimate Frisbee League

Be part of this fun, fast growing, non-contact sport unique in its emphasis on player leadership through self-officiating. On league night, mixed- gender teams will have a short practice developing skills through activities like throwing accuracy games, partner catching, Randy Moss drills, footwork games and pulling contests, followed by league play.
