After School Adventures

Robert Crown Community Center and Ice Complex

Follows District 65 school calendar (9 month program) Robert Crown Community Center’s After-school Adventure program is licensed by the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS).

Our daily schedule includes time to relax and play in both structured and self-directed activities, coordinated study time and as well as nutritious snacks. Activities designated to build athletic and social skills take place in our gym, multi-purpose room and outdoors. The most important part of the day is “Homework Help,” providing individualized enrichment and assistance. The program includes special activities, ice skating and field trips and theme days on District 65 early dismissal days. Bus services are included for children that attend District 65 schools to the center. (No bus service on holidays and school breaks).
