As an effort to work across all Evanston out-of-school providers, Evanston Public Library, MetaMedia, EvanSTEM, Family Focus and Youth & Opportunity United have come together to bring you a collection of virtual and hands-on activities for youth in 3rd - 8th grade.

The Depot Prize Raffle

When you complete the Challenge and upload your video, you are entered in a raffle to have awesome prizes delivered right to your door!

Prizes will range from Sphero Minis, Apple pens, Bluetooth speakers and more!

Welcome to The Depot!

All of the staff from favorite after school hang out spots have come together to make an epic collection of activities for you. Every other week we'll be adding brand new options. There are three main types of activities you'll find:

The Challenge

A city-wide project: one for grades 3-5 and one for 6-8. If you complete the challenge, you’re entered in a raffle to win a prize.
Skill Builders

Video tutorials led by mentors or staff and help you learn a new skill or build on skills you already have.
DIY

Fun one-off activities that will help keep boredom away.
