An amazing, fun learning opportunity for District 65 middle school students to create, design, and build their own carnival arcade game using cardboard, micro-boards, sensors and motors.
Selected arcade games will be entered into Evanston's first-ever Cardboard Carnival at the Evanston Public Library on January 25, 2020. Arcade games will be judged based on originality, creativity, construction, artistic design, use of motors and sensors, and fun. Students can earn prizes such as Airpods, Apple pencils, book bags, gift cards and digital badges.

Attend the next Challenge Work-shop at the Evanston Public Library on December 7 from 1:00 to 4:00PM in the Teen Loft. Students will be able to loan out a project supply kit to build their arcade game (cardboard and cutting tools not included). Register here:
