Weekend Family Classes: Joyful Gingerbread

Families with children ages 4 to 10 explore cool things about how plants connect to science, food, history, and culture. Program includes hands-on activities and cooking (tasting, too!), along with interesting facts about the ingredients that go into the recipes. In this session, make, bake, and decorate a cookie to enjoy, and explore all the different plants need to make this traditional winter sweet treat.
