MMSDL Summer Debate Institute at Northwestern

The 2022 MMSDL Summer Debate Institute at Northwestern University’s Evanston campus runs from August 1st to 5th and is open to all rising 5th through 9th grade students.

The camp includes three full days of instruction in policy debate, a mock debate workshop, and a camp tournament on the final day. All programming is led by staff with state and national level debate experience along with long-time educators. The enrollment fee of $150 covers all five days of instruction, lunches, supplies, and a camp t-shirt. Scholarships are available based upon financial need.
